Access follows the role, never the password
A case manager works the full case. A co-teacher sees the snapshot. A provider sees the students they are bound to, and a family sees their own student in plain language. A deny always beats an allow, so nobody holds “the whole database.”

The AI reads case files to draft and score, and that is the extent of its authority. It cannot finalize an IEP, and everything it proposes is flagged for an educator’s review with attribution in the activity trail. Records a hearing officer asks about are answered from the record, not from memory.
