What counts as evidence?
Anything the student actually produced: worksheets, writing samples, exit tickets, photographed classwork, plus quick manual data points for what you observe directly. Every scored point keeps a link back to the work it came from.
Do I have to photograph everything?
No. Photos are the fast path, but manual data points take a few seconds and land in the same mastery series. Use whichever fits the moment.
How do families see progress?
Through their own portal, in plain language, goal by goal, with published progress reports. They see their student only, and staff-only notes stay staff-only.
