Is there a free plan?
There’s a 30-day free trial with everything included. We’d rather give you the whole product for a real evaluation than a stripped-down free tier that can’t carry a caseload.
Do we need a district contract to start?
No. A single case manager or a small team can create a workspace and start today. If your district adopts SyncIEP later, your workspace can migrate in without starting over.
What does “Custom” mean for districts?
Rollout support and district-wide oversight, priced by conversation because districts differ. Email us and a person answers.
Do families or co-teachers pay?
No. Family portal accounts are always free, and inviting co-teachers and providers to the students you share is part of the team plan, not a per-seat surprise.
